The Regents Park Youth League (RPYL) is a football league for boys and girls aged 5-16 in the London Borough of Camden. The league was founded in 1972 and currently has over 1,000 players registered. Divisions. The RPYL is split into two divisions, the Premier Division and the Division One. The Premier Division is for the most competitive teams.. The Camden and Regents Park Youth League (RPYL) is an amateur football league for boys and girls aged 9-16 in the London Borough of Camden.
